Say Cheese is excited to feature the full line of soft-ripened cheeses from our favorite Minnesotan creamery. For 6 years, Alemar has offered some of the best French-inspired cheeses in the US. Betty Koster of Amsterdam's L'Amuse cheese shop puts these cheeses through a high humidity, high temperature aging program to provide some of the most complex Dutch cheeses available. Whether you stop in for the traditional cows milk version, or the tangier goat interpretation (or both) look for deep brothy aromas and a powerful hazelnut and butterscotch flavor.

Feature Cheese Class Thursday, July 9th
